Wire Mesh Production Lines
Production of standard mesh and column mesh takes place with the use of latest technology equipment. The raw material used is steel for the reinforcement of concrete in straight bars and in coils. The technologically advanced equipment and the well-trained personnel guarantee the quality of the products. The product of the Cold Rolling Machines is the raw material for the production of standard mesh (welded fabric).
The Wire Mesh Lines consist of the following basic equipment:
- Feeding units of longitudinal wire.
- Transverse Wire-Feeding-straightening-cutting units.
- Welding Machines and Shearing units for sheets.
- Automated bundling units.
The range of manufactured products is the following:
- Standard Mesh Τ92, Τ131, Τ188, Τ196 and Ο92. It is also possible to produce different specifications to meet customer requirements.
- Column Mesh of 8, 10 and 12mm wire diameter and Standard Mesh of 8, 10 and 12mm wire diameter and of tailor-made lengths.
